ATTENDANCE POLICY

Attendance in Independent Study/Online is made on the basis of the students' academic work which is assessed by a certificated teacher.  The teacher assess the student's work and assigns to it a value based on time.  The work is to be completed by the due date.  For the five school days if students do five days of work, their supervising teacher will record attendance for the five days.

Picture Day for staff and students will be on January 22, 2018, at 8:00 am.  The photographer will only be here for about an hour, so please be here between 8am-9am. Order forms are in the office or click here to download one.  You can also pre-order your photos online at edfphoto.com

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Transcripts may be requested by fax, mail or in person at Green Valley High School.  Forms are available in the Main Office or you can download it below.  To order by fax or mail:

  1. Print Transcript Request Form (pdf)
  2. Complete and sign form.
  3. Include a copy of your photo ID.
  4. Fax or mail request and ID to:

Forms submitted prior to 10:00am on Thursday will be available for pick up on Friday.  You must bring photo ID to pick up your transcript.

When requesting a transcript to be mailed, you must include the complete address.
